No one can expect you to become a printing expert overnight. That’s why we’ve included a search bar and links to direct you to our comprehensive Knowledge Base. Full of information, we’ve compiled some of our most frequently asked questions with relevant answers to connect your projects (and your knowledge).
Your drawing should be in PNG, SVG, EPS, PDF or AI file format. The resolution of the drawings must be at least 300dpi. (The higher the resolution, the better the print quality) If you do not want a background on your drawing, delete the background and send it.
Your artwork can be printed in any size with a maximum width of 58cm. You can scale your prints to fit any garment size.
Yes, photos can be printed! Even incredible products can be created. Just make sure you design graphics with a resolution of 300dpi and higher.
The quality may not look great. If your artwork is low resolution and pixelated or has opaque areas (translucent pixels), more white is added to the design, which affects the colors. Resolution matters for perfect prints…
If you design a drawing with a minimum resolution of 300dpi in a correct format, you will not see white paint bleeding out. Changing the resolution in Photoshop (or any other tool) from 72dpi to 300dpi does not make the design 300dpi! If the quality of the artwork is poor, if the artwork has translucent or transparent pixels, it can cause the white background to show through and therefore white paint to appear on the print.

Of course we can send you a sample. You can do this in the FREE SAMPLE section.
You can send us your drawings via our Email or WhatsApp accounts.
This is a predefined file where all your drawings can be provided.
Our lead time is 24-48 hours from payment and drawing confirmation.
The 24-48 hour deadline starts from the time your artwork is approved by our team for printing.
When you place your order, it is queued for artwork approval. This can take some time as all orders placed before yours will need to be approved first.
Orders placed between 18:00 on Friday until 08:30 on Monday will be checked by our team as soon as possible on Monday and Tuesday. Due to the volume of orders placed during this time, the queue for drawing approval on Mondays can be quite long.
Also, orders placed after 18:00 on a working day will be queued for design approval on the next working day.
Please note that when printing your order within 24-48 hours after artwork approval, we cannot guarantee that it will be shipped immediately as our couriers do not pick up our packages at a specific time. However, we will ship as soon as possible.

After you place your order, it will be queued for drawing approval during working hours (08:30-18:00). Orders placed outside office hours will be queued for artwork approval on the next business day. After the artwork is checked, customers will be notified if there is a problem.
Once your design is approved, it will be queued to be made ready for printing, which involves quite a few processes. Some of them are checking the dimensions, changing the color mode, inverting, adjusting the resolution, white color channeling.
Now your artwork is ready for printing. It is queued for printing. The operator takes each image or group sheet and places it in the batching software and creates the final print file.
Printing is the exciting part of the process and this is where we see your artwork come to life. Our commercial large format DTF printers work every day.

DTF printers use the CMYK color model. Your computer screen and drawing software such as Photoshop use the RGB color model. Each type of computer screen is different and different colors can be displayed. Our DTF machines are calibrated with an X-Rite i1Publish Pro 3 spectrophotometer, so the resulting profile takes RGB and converts it to a CMYK color model.
Yes! You will need to physically send us a reference for color matching. It can be a fabric or color swatch.
This depends on the dimensions of your drawings. You can use a calculator to work this out. Make sure to add 0.5 cm between each drawing for ease of cutting between your drawings. Our printing paper measurements are 58cm wide and the length needed for your prints.
Example:
60 prints of a 9.5cm x 9.5cm print can be placed on a 1 meter film.
We print on film rolls, not on sheets. We can print your drawings in any size you want with a maximum width of 58 cm. A4 and A3 sizes are included.
The application of our transfers only requires pressing at 155-170 degrees for 13-15 seconds at 3-4 bar pressure.
Yes! However, you need both pressure and heat to apply the powder to the substrate correctly, and we recommend using a transfer press rather than an iron. Iron-on transfers have low washing resistance.
This is a problem with pressure in 9 out of 10 cases. Either too little or too much pressure is being applied, or the pressure is uneven.
Increase your pressure or remove any buttons, seams or zippers from the press surface that make the surface rough. If the problem persists, using a hot press pad will help.
Use cold wash (30-40C) and medium wash cycles (600-800 rpm). You can also use shorter wash programs (30 minutes to one hour).
– Use mild detergents and little or no fabric softener.
– Avoid re-washing clothes immediately after washing.
– Dry them inside out.
– Avoid harsh chemicals such as bleach.
– Do not tumble dry.
– Do NOT iron the print.
Do not wash the print within 24 hours of printing.
There is no specific brand we recommend, but there are some things to look for when buying a heat press…
1. Heat Distribution Throughout the Plate
Your machine needs to be able to deliver consistent, even temperatures across the platen. One of the most common problems with cheaper heat presses is that they don’t manage heat distribution very well.
2. The Right Temperature
Heat press machines are much better than irons because you can actually adjust and control their temperature.
When you apply the transfer, it is essential that you have accurate temperature settings to press a successful heat transfer.
Of course, more expensive heat press machines typically have more reliable and accurate temperature readings.
3. Even Pressure
You want a heat press with a flotation heat plate and centralized pressure adjustment.
We personally prefer oscillating heat presses because of their ability to handle pressure much better than clamshell type machines, but clamshell presses can still do the job.
Pneumatic heat presses are more expensive but they allow you to control your pressure more accurately and this is often the biggest problem we have with presses, finding the right pressure when the pressure is set manually.
4. Easy to Turn On and Off
You want a machine that opens in a smooth and fluid motion. If you produce custom shirts on a daily basis, an easy-open press is even more important.
5. Digital Time and Temperature
Cheaper heat presses are based on manual or buzzer timers. They also typically have a dial thermostat.
While this is fine if you only use it occasionally, for heavier workloads you may want a digital time and temperature control panel.
Digital settings are also great as you can enter the settings you want and use them over and over again.
6. Easily Positioned Garment
How easy is it to place your garment in the heat press? How easy is it to work with precise placement?
7. Plate Size
We recommend buying the largest plate size you can afford (40 x 50cm is ideal).
8. Warranty
Be sure to check the duration of the warranty that comes with the heat press.
9. Customer service
What kind of customer service is available for the brand of heat press you want to buy. If anything goes wrong with the press, you want to know that there is a qualified service representative ready to help.

No. Unfortunately, manufacturers use various chemicals to make garments water and wind resistant, and these chemicals often react adversely with water-based inks.
We use commercially produced industrial DTF wide format printers. They all have 4 print heads and allow us to print with incredible quality. The 4-head printers print extremely fast, which gives us a 24-48 hour lead time.
We use our special DTF ink, film and powder. We have tested almost all types of consumables The combination of the 3 is the reason why we have very flexible prints with vibrant colors and that feel very soft to the touch.
We use the film of the only film manufacturer in Turkey. As our film types; semi-matte, super matte, cold and hot removal film types are available.
Our products use the highest quality polyurethane powder of European origin used in the market.
