At Quick Digital, we care about your satisfaction with the products you purchase. In case of any dissatisfaction, the following return and refund terms apply.
Return Conditions
You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and undamaged
- It must be sent in its original packaging
- Any labels must remain attached, if applicable
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided

⚠️ Products sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made / personalized products (DTF transfers, prints, etc.)
- Discounted items
- Gift cards
- Hygienic or personal-use products
- Perishable items (food, flowers, etc.)
- Flammable, hazardous, or chemical products
If you are unsure, please contact us before sending a return.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please check your order upon delivery.
If:
- The product is damaged
- The wrong product was sent
Contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and provide a prompt solution.
Exchanges
Direct product exchanges are not available.
To get a different product:
- Return the current product
- Place a new order once the return is approved
Refunds
Once your returned item reaches us and is inspected:
- You will be notified whether your return is approved or rejected
- Approved returns will be refunded within 10 business days using the same payment method
Note: Depending on your bank, this may take longer.
If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your credit card provider
- Consult your bank

Shipping and Returns
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds may be reduced by the cost of shipping
For high-value items:
- Use tracked shipping
- Consider shipping insurance
⚠️ We cannot guarantee that the returned product will reach us.
Gift Orders
- If the product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you → a gift credit will be issued
- Otherwise → the refund will be issued to the original purchaser
European Union (EU) Orders
For orders shipped to EU countries, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery.
Conditions:
- Product must be unused
- Must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
